What happens to the deposit I have paid?

The management have details of most bookings and deposit taken, and will endeavour to contact every customer to inform them of the refund procedure we have put in place. Please feel free also to email us atinfo@yimwahhouse.co.uk.

Do you have a non-smoking policy in your restaurant?

We are proud to announce that we have a non-smoking policy in our dinning area. For those who would like to have a cigarette, we do have a dedicated area which is located outside of the main entrance.

Do you accept cheque as a method of payment?

No, unfortunately we are not accept cheque as a method of payment since 16 March 2008

Are children or babies allowed in your restaurant?

Children and babies are welcome but must be supervised by their parents or an adult at all times. Diners are here to enjoy themselves and the last thing they want is to see children running around the restaurant or to hear a baby crying. Therefore we kindly ask for your consideration and not to disrupt other diners in the restaurant.

Do we do any gift vouchers..??

Yes, we do gift vouchers. The values we do it are £5, £10 or £20. Please ask a member of staff for more details. Alternatively, you can purchase over the phone and we will send it out via post to your destination as a second class post within the UK mainland.
